Fried Fish Recipe



Here's a fried fish recipe for you:


Ingredients:


4-6 pieces of fish fillets

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 cup chickpea flour (besan)

Oil for frying

Instructions:


In a bowl, mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt to make a marinade.


Coat the fish fillets with this marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.


Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.


Coat the marinated fish fillets with chickpea flour (besan).


Carefully place the coated fish fillets in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Fry a few pieces at a time to avoid overcrowding the pan.


Once fried, place the fish on paper towels to remove excess oil.


Serve the fried fish hot with slices of lemon and your favorite dipping sauce.
