Custard Recipe
Here's a simple custard with fruits recipe for you:
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
Assorted fruits (such as bananas, strawberries, kiwi, etc.), chopped
Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's just about to boil. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the custard powder and sugar with a little cold milk to form a smooth paste.
Gradually pour the custard paste into the hot milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Place the saucepan back on the heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Cook for a couple of minutes until the custard thickens.
Once the custard has thickened, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
While the custard is cooling, prepare the fruits by washing, peeling, and chopping them as desired.
Once the custard has cooled slightly, pour it into serving bowls or glasses.
Top the custard with the chopped fruits.
Refrigerate the custard with fruits for a couple of hours or until chilled.
Serve the custard with fruits cold and enjoy!
Feel free to get creative and use your favorite combination of fruits. You can also sprinkle the nuts for extra flavor. Enjoy your delicious custard with fruits!
