Chicken Seekh kabab Paratha Roll



Here's a recipe for Chicken Seekh Kabab Paratha Roll:


Ingredients:


For Chicken Seekh Kabab:


500g ground chicken

1 onion, finely chopped

2 green chilies, finely chopped

2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red chili powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Wooden skewers (pre-soaked in water)

For Paratha:


Ready-made paratha 

Oil or ghee for cooking parathas

For Assembling:


Sliced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce

Green chutney and tamarind chutney

Lemon juice

Instructions:


In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the chicken seekh kabab. Mix well and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated chicken mixture onto the soaked wooden skewers, shaping them into cylindrical kababs.

Heat a grill pan or skillet and brush it with oil. Cook the kababs on medium heat, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.

Ready-made parathas, heat them on a skillet with a little oil or ghee until they are warm and slightly crispy.

To assemble the roll, place a paratha on a plate. Place a few slices of cooked chicken seekh kabab in the center. Add some sliced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce on top.

Drizzle some green chutney and tamarind chutney over the filling. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice for extra flavor.

Roll the paratha tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a wrap.

You can wrap the roll in parchment paper or aluminum foil to make it easier to hold and eat.

Serve the Chicken Seekh Kabab Paratha Roll immediately with extra chutneys on the side.
