Ingredients:
500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
Place the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick well.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside. It usually takes about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
