Brownies Recipe



 Here's a simple recipe for classic chocolate brownies:


Ingredients:


1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4  eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:


Preheat your oven and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
