Zinger Paratha Roll Recipe
Here's a basic recipe for a zinger paratha roll:
Ingredients:
boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Parathas (flatbreads)
Chopped lettuce, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes for filling
Mayonnaise and ketchup for sauce
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken strips with yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in separate compartments for coating the chicken.
Dip each marinated chicken strip in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken strips until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Warm the parathas on a tawa or skillet.
To assemble the roll, place a paratha on a flat surface. Place some chopped lettuce, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes in the center.
Add a few fried chicken strips on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle some mayonnaise and ketchup over the chicken.
Roll up the paratha tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Wrap the roll in parchment paper or aluminum foil to hold it together and make it easier to eat.
Serve the zinger paratha roll warm with extra sauce on the side.
Enjoy your homemade zinger paratha roll! Feel free to adjust the spices and ingredients according to your taste preferences.
