Spaghetti with Chicken And Vegetables
Here's a recipe for Spaghetti with Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients:
(225g) spaghetti
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots), sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender, but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and chili sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
