Mango Ice Cream Recipe



Here's a simple homemade mango ice cream recipe:


Ingredients:


2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:


Puree the chopped mangoes in a blender until smooth. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.

Gradually add the mango puree to the cream mixture and gently fold until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Once frozen, your delicious homemade mango ice cream is ready to enjoy!
