Ice Cream Cake Recipe



Here's a ice cream cake recipe for you:


Ingredients:


1 cake of your favorite  (chocolate or vanilla)

1.5 liters of your favorite ice cream, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional toppings like chocolate chips, sprinkles, or crushed cookies

Instructions:


Prepare and bake the cake. Let it cool completely.

Once the cake is cooled, line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper and place the cake layer at the bottom.

Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the cake layer. You can use an offset spatula for this.

Place the cake in the freezer and let it set for at least 2-3 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Remove the cake from the freezer and spread the whipped cream over the ice cream layer.

If desired, sprinkle your chosen toppings over the whipped cream layer.

Place the cake back in the freezer and let it set for another 2-3 hours, or until the whipped cream is firm.

Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to make it easier to slice.
