Fruits And Vegetables Salad Recipe



Here's a delicious creamy fruits and vegetables salad recipe:


Ingredients:


1 cup diced fruits (apple,mango, grapes, and pineapple)

1 cup diced vegetables ( cucumber, cabbage, and carrot)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup yogurt, for added creaminess

2 tablespoons honey 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh herbs  parsle for garnish

Instructions:


In a large bowl, combine the diced fruits and vegetables.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the creamy dressing over the fruits and vegetables and gently toss to coat them evenly.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh herbs.
