Fruit Chaat Recipe



Here's a recipe for a delicious fruit chaat:


Ingredients:


Assorted fresh fruits (such as apple,guava,mango, banana, pomegranate, kiwi, etc.), chopped

Fresh cream or whipped cream

Dates, chopped

Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), chopped

Khubani ki chutney (apricot chutney)

Chaat masala

Roasted cumin powder

Black salt

Instructions:


In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh fruits.

Add the chopped dates and mixed nuts to the bowl.

Drizzle some khubani ki chutney over the fruits and nuts. The chutney adds sweetness and tanginess to the chaat.

Sprinkle a generous amount of chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of black salt over the mixture.

Gently toss all the ingredients together, ensuring they are well combined and coated with the flavors.

Next, add the fresh cream or whipped cream to the fruit mixture. The cream adds richness and creaminess to the chaat.

Give the chaat a final toss to evenly distribute the cream and other ingredients.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more chaat masala or chutney according to your taste preference.

Once the chaat is well mixed and seasoned, transfer it to the serving  bowls.
