Creamy Pasta Recipe


Here's a simple and delicious pasta recipe for you:


Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta:


Ingredients:


(225g) fettuccine or your preferred pasta

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:


Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remember that Parmesan is already salty, so adjust accordingly.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it with the creamy sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the sauce.

Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
