Chicken Fillets Recipe



Here's a recipe for delicious chicken fillets:


Ingredients:


500g chicken fillets, boneless and skinless

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

2 cups breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Instructions:


In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add the chicken fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Take the marinated chicken fillets out of the refrigerator. Dip each fillet into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the chicken.

Carefully place the coated chicken fillets into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken fillets from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the crispy chicken fillets hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as mint chutney or ketchup.
