Chicken Cutlets Recipe
Here's a recipe for delicious chicken cutlets with cheese:
Ingredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
Assorted vegetables (e.g., carrot, peas, corn), chopped and cooked
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or cook them in a pan until fully cooked. Once done, chop the chicken into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mashed potatoes, cooked vegetables, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to create the filling.
Take a small portion of the filling and shape it into a cutlet. Repeat with the remaining filling.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Dip each cutlet into the beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the coated cutlets in the pan and cook until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Once the cutlets are fried, transfer them to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes to ensure they are heated through and the cheese is melted.
