Chicken Chipotle Burger

 Here's a recipe for a delicious Chicken Chipotle Burger:


Ingredients:


500g ground chicken

1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for topping

Cheese slices

Mayonnaise and chipotle souce for spreading

Instructions:


Finely chop the chipotle peppers. If you're sensitive to spice, you can remove the seeds.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped chipotle peppers, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Gently mix the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to overmix.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. You can lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

Place the chicken patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side. 

During the last couple of minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt.

While the patties are cooking, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise and chipotle souce on the bottom halves of the toasted buns. Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by a cooked chicken patty with melted cheese.

Add tomato and red onion slices on top of the patty.

Finish by placing the top half of the bun on the toppings.

Serve the Chicken Chipotle Burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
