Cheese Balls Recipe
Here's a delicious recipe for cheese balls:
Ingredients:
200g paneer, crumbled
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 small onion, chopped
Bread crumbs for coating
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled paneer and mashed potatoes.
Add red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped cilantro, mint leaves, onion and green chilies. Mix until everything is well combined.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls.
Roll each ball in bread crumbs, making sure they are coated evenly.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated cheese balls in batches.
Fry the balls until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides. Make sure to turn them occasionally for even frying.
Remove the fried cheese balls and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve the cheese balls hot with mint chutney or any dipping sauce of your choice.
