Chane Chaat Recipe
Here's a delicious chane chaat (chickpeas) recipe for you:
Ingredients:
2 cups boiled and chopped potatoes
1 cup boiled and cooked chickpeas
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sweetened yogurt
1/4 cup tamarind chutney
1/4 cup mint chutney
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup papdi
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Chopped green chilies
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, cooked chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened yogurt, fresh cream, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Drizzle the yogurt-cream mixture over the chopped ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Add tamarind chutney and mint chutney according to your taste preference.
Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt over the mixture.
add chopped green chilies.
Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
Just before serving, sprinkle papdi on top for crunch and texture.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve the delicious chane chaat immediately and enjoy!
