Banana Pudding Recipe



Here's a simple banana pudding recipe for you:


Ingredients:


2-3 ripe bananas, sliced

1 instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream

 Vanilla wafers


Instructions:


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it set for a few minutes to thicken.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the pudding mixture. Stir until well combine.

In a serving dish or individual cups, start by layering vanilla wafers at the bottom.

Top the wafers with a layer of sliced bananas.

Pour the pudding mixture, spreading it evenly.

Repeat the layers – wafers, bananas, and pudding – until you've used up all the ingredients, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.

Optionally, dollop the whipped cream topping over the pudding layer.

Cover the dish or cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the pudding is set.

Before serving, you can crush a few extra vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top for extra texture and flavor.
